These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for using the Futurebuilt website, platform and services. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Certain features (such as bookings, CPD access or contributor tools) may require you to register for an account.
You agree to:

- Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account
Futurebuilt is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your login details. You agree to indemnify Futurebuilt for any misuse of your account caused by failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
3. Access, Availability & Restrictions
Futurebuilt may, at its discretion, suspend, modify or restrict access to all or part of the website at any time, including for security, maintenance or operational reasons.
Where practical, we will notify users of significant interruptions, but we are under no obligation to provide advance notice.
4. Fees, Pricing & Payment
Fees displayed on the website (including event registrations, courses, subscriptions or digital content) are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice.
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be made via approved methods listed on the site. For credit cards issued outside Australia, currency conversion and foreign transaction fees are determined by your card provider.
All credit card payments are processed via secure, PCI-compliant third-party gateways. Futurebuilt does not store credit card numbers.
5. Invoices & Receipts
For online purchases, a tax invoice is automatically generated and emailed to the address you provide. Paid invoices act as receipts.
Manual bookings or offline registrations may have different invoicing procedures, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
6. Refunds, Transfers & Cancellations
Unless required by Australian Consumer Law, Futurebuilt does not offer refunds for event bookings, digital products, subscriptions or on-demand content.
If you are unable to attend a live event, you may nominate a replacement attendee by notifying Futurebuilt in writing, including their full name, organisation and email address.
Futurebuilt reserves the right to:
- Cancel unpaid bookings
- Reschedule or cancel an event if minimum numbers are not met
- Change the delivery method, presenter or venue where necessary
If an event is cancelled by Futurebuilt, affected users will be contacted with available options.
7. Security
Futurebuilt takes reasonable steps to secure the website and your data, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free operation.
We do not store credit card information in any Futurebuilt system. Any phone-based card payments (if used) are processed securely and card data is not retained.
8. Privacy
Futurebuilt handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the site, you acknowledge and accept that policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, course materials, branding, graphics, design, videos, text, and other intellectual property on the Futurebuilt website are owned by or licensed to Futurebuilt.
Except for uses permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), you may not:

any content without written permission.
